Group WELCOME DINNER provided
Breakfast @ Hotel. Today, we visit the whitewashed village or Ronda. Here there are 27 wineries where we can enjoy the wine and the views of this gorgeous tour.
The vineyards have an altitude between 700m and 900m with international varieties (Cab, Syrah, Traminer, Chardonnay, etc.) with a special interest in the variety Petit Verdot, which is produced here just as a single varietal wine due to the ideal conditions of the soil/weather.
Here, we will also enjoy a diverse viticulture system. Traditional/Eco viticulture compared with the biodynamic wines. We will visit at least 2 bodegas (a wine shop or wine cellar) to experience 2 different points of view.
