We are honored to welcome Dr. John Leavitt as the featured conductor/composer and clinician at our upcoming choral festival in Nashville, held at the majestic Cathedral of the Incarnation.
Dr. Leavitt’s distinguished career as a composer, conductor, and educator brings exceptional artistry and inspiration to this special event.
Join us for an unforgettable musical experience in one of Nashville’s most iconic sacred spaces. John will be writing a new work for the Festival to premier. Repertoire will include sacred music as well as a short set of Broadway Show Tunes and Popular Songs.
Right to Cancel - Client shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement only upon the terms set forth in this Section. Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the tour group representative communicating directly with ST in connection with the tour may cancel the tour on behalf of Client if such representative determines that it is necessary or desirable, whether as the result of an Act of God or otherwise, that the tour be cancelled. Cancellation Schedule is subject to the terms of this Section, and provided that Client has made all payments required under the Payment Schedule, Client may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice of the cancellation to ST. Upon providing such notice, subject to Section below, Client is entitled to return of any deposits less the applicable cancellation fee as set forth in the Cancellation Schedule set forth below.
The following per person fees apply for cancellations:
First $150 per person in NON-REFUNDABLE at any time prior to 120 days before departure;
From 120 to 91 days before departure the cancellation fee is 20% of the tour price per person;
From 90 to 61 days before departure the cancellation fee is 25% of the tour price per person;
From 60 to 31 days before departure the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price per person;
From 30 days before departure until the departure date the cancellation fee is the full tour price per person.
Payments made by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge issued by the credit card processor.

This morning, the Festival Chorus will have a 4-hour festival rehearsal with Dr. John Leavitt, at the Holiday Inn & Suites

This afternoon, enjoy a Backstage Tour of the Grand Ole Opry and have a performance on the Opry Plaza.
Dinner ON YOUR OWN before we all attend the Grand Ole' Opry Show. *Coach transfers included.
This morning, the Festival Chorus will have a 4-hour festival rehearsal with Dr. John Leavitt, at the Holiday Inn & Suites or at The Cathedral of the Incarnation (TBD)
Lunch will be ON YOUR OWN
This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Historic RCA Studio B. We will have an opportunity to gather around the microphone for a recording session, then visit the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum where we will have an opportunity to present an informal performance. *Coach transfers included.
Dinner ON YOUR OWN. This evening is free to explore Downtown Nashville at your leisure.

Early afternoon sound-check for the Festival Chorus at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. *Coach transfers included
An afternoon Final Festival Concert will feature a performance by the Festival Chorus with the local professional musicians to accompany the chorus, under the direction of Dr. John Leavitt!
Performance attire will be concert black and we request that the concert attire and decorum respect the sacred space that we'll be performing in. Please plan to have only limited dressing space being available at the Concert Venue. You should arrive at the Cathedral, for the sound check, in concert attire.
Following the concert, return to the hotel for a Post-Concert Reception. *Coach transfers included.
The remainder of the evening is at your leisure. Dinner ON YOUR OWN.

Hotel check-out (by noon) and departure. Amount of free time on this day depends on your travel arrangements.
1) If your group departure time is later than check-out, you can arrange, with Sechrist Travel staff, to have luggage stored by the hotel bell staff at no added cost. 2) If departure is near check-out time, individuals should bring their own luggage to the departure bus.
